You may recall a public consultation took place in December 2016 on behalf of the owner of this site. Planning permission and listed building consent was granted in 2021 for the redevelopment of the site. This application seeks to make changes to the original application which we consider improves the overall development. CRGP, on behalf of Westpoint Homes, has re-designed the proposals to provide a deliverable residential development. In line with Scottish Government advice we are hosting an online consultation on this website to share information about the proposals.
A live consultation event will take place on Wednesday 2nd February 2022 between 3pm and 7pm where members of the project design team will be available to respond to any queries you may have via email (187OldRutherglenRoad@iceniprojects.com) or telephone (0141 465 4996). All queries will be responded to as quickly as possible during this time, and within 48 hours from receipt.
In addition to the live consultation event, we also invite feedback on the proposals until Friday 25th February 2022 via the feedback form on this website, or via email to 187OldRutherglenRoad@iceniprojects.com.
